What is included in a tour?
The price always includes services of an experienced guide, a certain number of nights in camping according to the itinerary, excursions and hiking.
What is the minimum age for kids?
We recommend going camping with children over 5 years old, for their safety and comfort. Still, it's you who decides on whether take your kid with you or not.
What payment options do you have?
We offer a variety of payment methods. We accept cash, checks, and the majority of credit cards such as Visa, MasterCard, and American Express.
Do I need an insurance?
All our guided tours are totally safe. We walk you only trough proven trails and stay in comfortable camping. So the insurance is not mandatory, but if you want, we can offer you different options on favorable rates.
Who are the guides?
Our guides are professionals with 5-10 years of experience. They will take you to the most spectacular but safe places and tell stories about the history and specialties of the visited places.
Can I cancel my tour?
Yes, you can cancel any tour and get a full refund if you send us a request no later than 5 days before the tour date. Also, you can change the date for free if your plans have been changed.
